Big O Tires

Very pleased with my complete experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop was spotless (did not believe I was in a tire shop...) The customer service received went well beyond expectations. I was thanked for my business by the sales associate, the mechanic who worked on my car and the owners while I was in the shop. (when does that ever happen in today's world) Most importantly, the value I received was exceptional. Big O Murrieta is a shop you can Trust. Extremely pleased and will be back again soon.

I was leaving for a 1500 mile trip and I really needed the tires balanced. I explained to Steve that the bouncing seemed to come back shortly after the last balancing. Steve's team balanced the tires and Steve personally checked to mak sure the tread had not seperated. The tires were perfect for the entire trip. Thanks to Steve and his very courtesious team!

I've been bringing my car in since we got it (it was my husband's car). He was extremely happy with the service and after he passed away and I sold my Camry, I continued having the Honda serviced here. I have found the staff to be extremely courteous and knowledgeable and not take advantage of my being a single female, trying to sell me things unnecessarily. I am very pleased with the great service.

This store has new owners. They are a very nice couple and they are local from Murrieta. I like to support local owned businesses. I came in for an oil change. The owner told me about a new synthetic oil that would double my mileage. They emptied my oil and then put in a treatment to get out all the sludge and grime before adding the new oil. They did a full check of my car, rotated my tires and topped off the fluids. I felt like they took there time and did a good job.

Great service as usual

I had picked up a flat tire on my brand new car that I had only had for a week. Had to be towed home since these new cars only come with a pump compressor that will only carry you 6 miles. Called Big O the next day and Mike took great care of me. He ordered the original Hancook tire same day and the install was less than 30 minutes!!! Thanks Mike!
