these guys were great,they knew what the problem was and gave me a price to fix it.since it was a used car i recently purchased at a local dealer i was able to return the car and have the dealer fix it for no cost.

Went in for brake change and shock replacement. Had to go back because of noise coming from rear shocks but was quickly corrected. Overall happy with service.

The new girl is super awkward. Usually, I have a great time and don't mind the wait times, but this time wasn't my favorite. I had a few questions regarding my car, and it just felt like I was being rushed out the door with some super vague answers. Never really experienced that before.

Everything is good, a little slow on diagnostics, but has to be correct for proper repair.

I went in for breaks and shocks. Mercedes quoted me 1000$ just for one shock! I came here and turns out that wasn't even the problem. I came out with my car running smoother then when I bought certified new, and I saved so much money that I really can't afford to waste on things my car doesn't need. Definitely coming again for anything my car needs.

Big O needs to make the website appointments and store inventory communicate with the store. The store had no idea I was coming or the tires/services I wanted. I, of course, thought I had an appointment and the tires were in stock and ready to go. The store was able to overcome my irritability with the situation and got some tires that would work and got them installed. I am extremely happy with in-store customer service, not so much with website.
