Would of been all 5 stars except a couple of things . Whoever was working On and In My truck got black residue on the outside and inside when they drove it . Could see the fingerprint all Over the outside . On the inside it was on my armrest and seat .the other thing is when The oil gets changed make sure they clean the undercarriage I have oil in my driveway Now that needs to be cleaned up from dripping after the Oil Change . Other than that everything was great thanks .

Went to Big-O tires in Murrieta for an alignment after an accident. Previous shop attempted 4 times without success. Big-O tires nailed the alignment. My Ford F-150 drives straight as an arrow. I'm very happy with the customer service and work done to my truck. Big-O tires has earned themselves a lifetime customer. Thanks.

The service was fine. The tech identified I had two bad tires. The belts were separating. They did not have the tires I needed in stock, but they were able to get me taken care of the next day.

Went in for A/C service and Transmission fluid exchange. They did pretty good. A/C is better, but still not as good as it used to be. Not sure if its a problem with my vehicle or not. But they are very friendly and helpful. Fast too!

Imagine this. The store offered a "Free Alignment Check" and wouldn't you know it, I was told I needed an alignment! It would be interesting to learn from a study, customers who were told they 'needed' and alignment, then spent the money for one. I told the counter person that, before I got an alignment I would have to check the California State Attorney General's office to see if there are and then how many complaints there are on file for services at Big "O". Also, I would need to check the BBB. This situation reminds me of times (hopefully) past when shops routinely 'suggested' repairs and services that weren't really needed, defective parts were shown customers that were NOT from those customers' cars and other things.

Actually went in 3 days in a row by choice. First day, I had an "idiot light" on the panel that I didn't recognize. They came out, looked at it and asked to pull into the bay to check and inflate tires. No charge and very courteous. Second day, went in for routine oil change. He came out with a suggestion to add an additve and explained the reasoning behind it. Again, very explanatory. Prior to leaving, he sat down with me for about 5 mins to explain a issue that may create major problems in the future. He was very detailed but not at all pushy. I explained to him that I'd have to let him know on the additional services. Again, he never pushed it. Very polite about it. So, I called back on the 3rd day to complete the service. Before they began the work, I was again refreshed on the reasoning of the service required. I chose to wait for the car. They offered me drinks, popcorn and asked if I was comfortable. After the service was completed, I was called up. He explained in detail the service that was completed. The costs hadn't changed. NEVER attempted to sell me anything else. I was extremely happy with that. He also told me that my alignment package was to expire in 5 mos and to bring the vehicle back prior to the expiration date. I was extremely satisfied with the service, the courteous service personnel and their willingness to assist customers. I'd hear them with other customers and they'd get the same treatment. clean the vehicle of areas worked by you of any spilled oil so it does not spill all over the driveway. pictures would be very much appreciated of all accepted repaired or replaced parts for our records.

I really liked this Big o tires facility for my oil changes. however I have found that even if I make an appointment I still have to wait over an hour. And I don't like waiting over an hour for an oil change

The guys behind the desk were curtious, but I was disappointed in the fact that the tires I wanted were out of stock, and wasn't informed of such until shortly before my appt. They offered another tire, but it was 40.00 more per. On the way to the appt. I decided I was not going to compromise so I only got the oil change, which they suggested the synthetic. I was there for one hour. When they said my car was ready I discovered that my oil life was not reset, had to ask them to reset it! From there I went about a mile down the street and found a competitor that had the exact tire I wanted, at 6.00 less than what your web site offered me two days earlier, that wasn't in stock. So now I'm driving on my exact new tires I wanted in the first place and at a better deal. I guess I won't need this new big o tire card I applied for, so I'll be canceling that today. You guys aren't helping your front line troops by pulling these surprises on customers by offering hundreds of dollars mor compromise! Have a blessed day you all.
