Was told my vehicle needed to replace a axle by the tech. But was changed by mechanic months before. Saying they heard a sound from the axle and after aware of part change they said it was another part. Techs or whoever need to be honest and not be so fast to say parts need to be changed.

So I bring both of my vehicles here every 5000 miles. When it comes to my car everything is great. However when it comes to my wife's car whoever is doing the oil change will be lazy and not remove the skid plate. Which allows the oil to drain all over it. And without fail when I get home I will notice oil on my driveway which drives me crazy. I've called them on it and taken the car back and they always clean it up and make it right. However my problem is do the job right the first time

The service desk was upfront rude to me until I asked for his supervisor. Once he realized his mistake, we were able to work out a deal.

Went in and requested an alignment, and all tires rebalanced and rotated, new wiper blades, and a check on the motor mounts. Was told that while the motor mounts are all equally worn, none in immediate need of replacement. I appreciated that honesty.

We ended up going to the store twice. First, we popped in to see how long the wait was (3 hours before getting it back for work). So, we made an appointment for later that evening. Even with an appointment we were still there for 2 1/2 hours. In times past we were given updates on the status of our SUV and just better customer service. Our tire rotation and oil change would take no more than an hour. Anyone with kids knows every minutes matters, 2 1/2 hours is a long time waiting in general let alone with kids. If it wasn't for our warranty on our tires, we wouldn't be going back.

Despite having an appointment early in the morning it took 1.5 hrs for an alignment. There was zero communication about this and no apologies. Upon checkout I didn't get my usual print out with the alignment results because the printer was out of ink. everyone was polite but this visit fell way short.

I asked for strong tires, but they put normal on and the psi was 52 but the tire says max 35. So I was traveling and has to pay more for tires that I asked for. I did mind to pay more, but if the frist time for the stronger ones no problem paying more. hard to get hold of Steven, they say left early, out to lunch or coming in later.

This was without a doubt the worst experience I have EVER had at a tire shop. The install took 110 minutes, I went out to look at the tires to see the installer ready to put my spare back upside down with valve stem up but thankfully he saw me and turned it around. They finished at closing time so when I started the truck it had a tire failure code. I was so pissed I left because the code was right in front of their face backing the truck out of the stall. At home I brought out an accurate pressure gauge and found the driver front tire under inflated by 10lbs and the spare tire with 50lbs for E rated tires, I then went to my gauge cluster to see if the inflation codes had cleared only to find that you did NOT REPROGRAM THE E PROMPT FOR THE NEW TIRES!!! I am getting some shimmy on smooth road so I am now suspect about the tire balance after seeing the rest of this quality work. I will not be back to this store again, these issues are likely ongoing with a lack of supervision and NO ONE checking quality of work to fix before a customer finds it. Not acceptable.

After 2 and a half hours for an oil change I was told my car was out of alignment (substantially) and that I needed brakes as they measured a "2" so they would soon start grinding on the roters. I had recently purchased new tires and was sure that my son-in-law that purchased them would have had an alignment done and after checking the paperwork found that he in fact had done an alignment. I returned to that shop and they put the car on a rack and the car was spot on and in fact I DID NOT need brakes!! they measured a 3.5 not a 2. I will never return nor would I recommend the shop. I called the owner and he apologized and offered me a "free" oil change...yeah right!!
