I had an appointment for a tire rotation at 10:30am. I sat in the lobby with my car untouched until 4pm. I missed my daughters Christmas program and the parade she was in and couldn't do any of the other errands I needed to get done on my only day off because a simple tire rotation with an appointment, which apparently mean nothing, took 6 hours! I was lied to the whole day by the service texhs when I asked how much longer it would be they said only an hour. Completely unacceptable! Last time I buy tires from Big O.

The service is fantastic, the staff was very courteous and professional. Whenever I need my air pressure checked on my tires they're always willing to check it for me no questions asked
