I called a few different tire shops to shop around, Big O Tires had the best deal for the quality and value of my tires so I went in on a Saturday, same day as I called. I am very satisfied. I am loyal to Big O Tires and especially like the people and service at this location. Danny was particularly helpful with my purchase of a new battery.

I didn't have a set appointment but they fit me in between appointments thankfully. There was an hour or so waiting overtime but the staff were very friendly and great with communicating what was going on. I trust everyone at this location, and I cannot wait to return.

I bring all my cars here. They always do a great job and make things right if there are any problems.

Tiffany was great straight from the go. I had called knowing what I wanted based on the quote from the website. But as we talked she knew exactly what tires would work better for my needs and in the end I saved almost $200 from following her suggestions. She walked me through the whole process and called me when another issue arises, but she also had a solution to that right away. I was nervous to do this by myself but she instantly put me at ease. I recommend Tiffany, 10 out of 10, 5 stars, the whole shabang.
