As a single parent and sole provider, I work two professional jobs to make ends meet. I am very particular about where I spend my money, since it takes weeks of five 12-hour days to earn it. I've needed new tires, but it took me months to save the money. Once I saved enough, I made the drive to Rancho Big O, because of John. He knows my name when I call, and always tries to give me the best deal. The Rancho shop with John (and Ron and new guy Chip--thank you, you were very kind) is honest, trustworthy, and continually goes the extra mile for me. My daughter feels comfortable waiting there with me, they let me change the TV channel for her, and I never hear any bad language from the men working there. It's heartening to experience good, old-fashioned, reliable customer service, and men you can count on. Thank you, guys!!

I arrived about half an hour before my appointment, and they did the work right away. The service rep was very pleasant and told me everything I needed to know. The new tires were installed promptly, and my ride home was soft and smooth on my new Big O Legacy tires.

They were incredible! I was passing through on a road trip and they got my car all fixed up as quickly as could be expected! New brakes, new tires, and cleaning my rotors. 4 hours. They also offered fun travel tips! Highly recommend!
