While the manager Brian was not there this last visit his team always take good care if us. I have used this facility for many many years for all y vehicles including a golf cart . My adult children now use them as well. I always feel they do a good job to take care of us, get us in and out and provide trustworthy recommendations

I appreciate the staff at the Mall View Road location. The guys there went above and beyond to get my car fixed. They were very knowledgeable and also let me know what was going to be done.

Brian called me quicker then I expected with the issues and the quote. He elaborated that I should not drive the vehicle due to the issues one specifically. I appreciated his honesty. Next day car was done mid day. Great service. Very efficient and fast service.

The service rep met with me quite promptly and got the car into the service area in little time. I had to have a tire replaced which had to be ordered from the "warehouse" so some extra time was involved. I didn't wait in the store but they did call me as soon as the work was completed.

Special circumstances. We were on vacation and a bubble appeared on a sidewalk. We worked with Sean(?) at our home location of Sebastopol and Brian at Mall View, Bakersfield to email our warranty info and get the tire put on. Done in one hour. Fantastic service!!

I am 32 years old and have been coming to this location since I got my license at 16. I am familiar with the employees and they have always done great work at a fair price. I don’t feel like they are dishonest with me at all which can be a problem in the auto mechanic world. I will continue to come to this location and recommend it as well.

The cost is fair with a coupon. The employees do a good job and are friendly. The only problem is the speed of an oil change. It just takes too long.
