It had been 6 months since my last visit and on Saturday 2/5 the Representative as soon as I walked in through said Hello Stacie, wow I was blown away that he remembered my name….I know they service a lot of vehicles at this location but to remember me and call me by name was very impressive and I was in and out of there within a few hours….thank you for the courtesy this speaks volumes.
