I always receive great customer service, which is why I come back. My only issue is the wait time. I've never gotten out in less than an hour, even with an appointment.

Everything was quick and simple. I got a good deal for this tire.

The customer service was great. I took my car in to check my AC they ran it through the diagnostic machine and said everything was okay it was low on freon. But now I'm having the same problem again one day later it's blowing hit air again. It's so frustrating

From notify to taking the vehicle, getting updates, and explanation of car issue, price, and resolution was EXCELLENT. Originally, I came to Big O for a flat repair. After a short period, the technician explained that the tire could not be saved, and upon further examination, found some suspension items that required attention as well as that my fires were "cupping." As I am driving to Nevada in September, I elected to purchase 4 new tires and have the suspension shocks and struts replaced. The overall job required about 2 hours, and the cost was probably "far below" what the Toyota Service would have charged for the same work. My 2002 Toyota 4-Runner rides smoother and quieter. and I will have peace of mind as I travel to Nevada, Thank you.

I always have my oil change done with Big O. The guys are very friendly and professional.

I've been going to this location for 10+ years and they alway take care of my truck. They do what they say they are going to do. The price is fair.
