I am Highly Satisfied with Big O Tires because they are friendly, they know what they are doing and they appear to love what they are doing. Every time I go there the services is always the best! I highly recommend them to everyone I meet.

Hello. I live in Lake Isabella and was going to have tires put on here at Big O and the alignment done at home. But went ahead and had it done while the vehicle was on the rack. "Steve" (I think) was at the front desk and there were a number of customers with different things going on, and I appreciated the way he handled the whole thing. The tire tech (Erasmo, I think - sorry if I'm wrong), was great to work with. I will definitely be back for the rear tires. Thanks Big O. T.

I ordered the tires online and was able to get the new tires put on before my scheduled appointment.

The guys were great. I just did not like them putting a $20.00 warranty on my bill without asking me if I wanted it, or at least explain it to me before hand. I had them take it off.

I was quoted with a price and given a discount on the labor. I called around other shops and Big O Tires provided the best value for the service. Service representative stated that they completed other services i. e. replaced fuses at no Charge
