We love Big O tires on fashion place in Bakersfield every time we go in there we get great service, the guys are really friendly and They try and work with you too. We will be taking our cars back every time.

I had a tire that was going flat and my tire sensor was coming on. The service person checked my tire and found a bolt. They repaired my tire in less than an hour. Great service!

Staff was friendly fast and courteous. The work was great. Got new tires and oil change had a little misunderstanding when I made an appointment for all new spark plugs and gas leak issue. But Brian was very professional and admitted he misunderstood they were so busy the day I took it in. He’s great at customer service kept the car over night to fix again tomorrow.

I have gone to this location for other reason. This was my first set of tires. I was very happy with the service and my appointment. The gentlemen helped me pick the right tire for my daily driving. I drive a Two hour drive 4 times a week and I always am nervous about tire issues. I felt confident in his knowledge with helping me pick the best tire and not just selling me the most expensive one.
