I bought all 4 brand new tires. I was a couple bucks away from $400 and I saw online that you guys had a coupon for free alignment. So I asked and the man who was helping me was like oh no you have to pay I think it's like $89.99 more plus your looking at a 1-2 hour wait and I'm like what the heck. I already waited 1 hour to get my tires. So I was like okay that's fine. I just feel bad for the customer who was next to me. Because I was done before him and he was there before and when I left he was still waiting for the mechanic to even show up to do his alignment. All and all I don't know if I'd go back to big o tires for my next set of wheels.

i had received information on prior visits, dropped in for final info expecting to have to make an appointment. got my info for decision and was taken care of then. the wait was reasonable.

I would have ratws the quality of work a 5 but the following evening and 12hours away from the store I realized that 1 lugnut was missing.

THE WAITING AREA WAS NICE. THE TV DIDN'T WORK. IT TOOK A VERY LONG TIME TO FINISH MY CAR. THEY DIDN'T ROTATE MY TIRES.
