Friendly customer service

I did not have an excellent Custom Experience. dropped my car off at 7:30. They estimated the time of completion by noon. I called at 12:40 and was told 30 minutes more. They never called. I showed up at 1:20 an found my car ready. I would like the car ready when you say. I am paying you $520.00. You think 4+ hours to do brakes would be enough time. I know nobody reads these things. I know nobody cares. I know nothing will happen or change. But, I also know I will go somewhere else next time I need work on my car.

Just always fear staff, they keep me in the loop of anything that is wrong with my truck and call with pricing and options right away.
