Good service had oil chg tire rotation and had battery replaced old battery was 4 and a half yrs old and had below normal cranking amps.

Wasnt bad, I mean I waited 2 hours and they didnt even put the sticker of the oil change on my windshield but they were very polite and respectful!

I use to get much better service at the White Lane location. I was very disappointed that 2 calls that I made to this Mall View location it took 8+ rings before someone answered my call. When I showed up to drop off my car, it took a good 5-10 minutes as the front desk guy was making coffee for the guys in the shop lol..he even told me he was...so i waited. Then when i picked up my car, the one person desk guy took forever as he constantly going to the shop then got on the telephone for a good 5-7 minutes before he finally rang up my bill on the cash register all said it took 20-25 minutes just get me car! Sadly i don't think i will come to this location again, it's bad for us because we just bought a new house and this Big-O location is the closest to my home, i will drive the extra 25 minutes to the White Lane location.

The guy at the counter was super helpful and professional.

The quality of service is really good but just having to wait 2 hrs. for an oil change is really frustrating.

The guys here are always friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure my car will work well for me before I leave. I always feel like they’re taking really good care of me, every time.

I had an oil change and I let them know that my engine light just turned on. They did a diagnostic and couldn't help me. Was told to take to the dealership. Which I did and they did a good job. My issue was i paid for the diagnostic for nothing and now I know never to ask cause you don't know how to fix things. Paid a lot. You could have gotten the money. Big mistake, Huge mistake!!!

The service and the staff were great however the wait and the update on the status of my car were not so great. It took them awhile to advise me of anything.

Staff technicians, Brian, Steve, Eric is always friendly,and know what they are doing to help assist the customer.
