I really like the quality of service, it just really takes too long for the service to be performed. I went in for an oil change and with just 2 vehicle's ahead of mine, I was waiting 3 hrs. after being told it would take, at the most, half that time. That is the only major dissatisfying reality of the whole situation.

Knowledge of tires was good, however I feel my wife was taken advantage of when we bought new tires. The customer service agent was polite and told her the info was in the system which was a relief for her. What they didn't do was apply the warrantee for the previous purchase to the first 2 tires. She went back and bought the second two the following week and when she asked about the warrantee they applied it to the current purchase, but would not give her credit for the first 2 tires the previous week because she didn't ask. That's B.S. if it's in the system the customer shouldn't have to ask and it should have been applied if warranted.

Went in to get car aligned, was told I needed a kit to make it perfect. Purchased kit and car alignment was actually worse than when I brought it in. Took it back the next day and they tried again. It was better but still out of alignment. I will now have to take it to another place and pay again by someone who knows how to align cars, clearly nobody there does. Nobody was very apologetic about it so also rating customer service low.

Always come here to get the oil changed on my ladies Jeep. Usually pay around 80 bucks. This time I sent my lady and she told me they charged her 92. That's the only complaint I have.

I called the day before and the quote i was given matches what I paid. i added additional services which were easily accommodated by the staff. They are customer friendly employees. My spark plugs were replaced and the car is running great.

Waited almost 3 hours finally walked up to the counter to see how much time was left and my car had long been done and noone bothered to tell me. When I drove off after a full set of new tires and supposedly an allignment....my car is pulling harder than ever before. Everyone was super nice so I really wanted to write a good review. But unfortunately I can't.

I was told the service I needed would take 2 1/2 hours. After waiting 3 hours, I called to ask if my car was finished and was told that they had ordered the wrong part and needed to keep my car overnight. This was never mentioned to me as a possibility. I am a single mom who has to pick up and drop off my kids at daycare and go to work. When I told them this wasn't an option and I needed my car to pick up my kids, they told me that it would take another 3 1/2 hours to put my car back together without fixing the issue. This would have made me an hour late picking my kids up from preschool. I was forced to rent a car, costing me $36.75 and $24.43 in Uber fees to pick it up and drop it off. Even after the repair, my car still makes the noise I brought it in for, but now I'm out over $700 in repairs and several hours of my time. I would have been much better off taking my car to the dealership, who would have given me a free rental and complimentary shuttle service and would have saved me a ton of time. I will never use Big O' Tires again.

I went I about 7:45 to get a tire change, I was told about 30 mins later that my tire needed to be replaced but they didn't have one in the shop so I was told it was coming from a warehouse it would take 20 mins okay I waited..... 30 mins later my car is across the street parked the windshield wipers running, the stereo on, windows open when it was raining that day and the keys on the door of my car no employee in sight...I was so upset turned everything off in my car, closed the windows and locked it...I left to Target for a bit while I was gone nobody from big o tire bothered to call to let me know the status of the tire???? I came back 30 mins later to see my tire still hasn't been changed I complained to some guy named Bryan all he said was we have security cameras like if the cameras were going to protect my car if it gets robbed...I just think they took too long to change one tire I wasn't the only one that day they had other clients waiting on them....I went to the location at Fashion plaza Bakersfield CA I'll be taking my business elsewhere no more at big o tire
