I visited the East side Big-O-Tires for an alignment. Upon receiving an alignment after being told the whole weekend to return on Monday or Tuesday I received the service and was later left with a clicking sound in my truck. It was fixed my your Ming location. Also I needed air in my Camry. I have the Green tire valves and an employee at the East side location said that it would be safe for me to put in regular air, which I was told by Toyota that it is dangerous. This has occurred already times in the East side location. I went to the Ming location and the problem was fixed. I was very unhappy and now I'm having second thoughts abut the East side location for services which is a lot closer to my home.

Good morning, I have copied and pasted the email I sent to your store yesterday at 5:11 PM. You can consider this my review. I really hope your company will honor my request for a refund. I hope to hear from you soon.. Please read email beliw. Thank you. I am writing regarding AC service performed at your store on my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder. I payed $223 to get my AC fixed. I first brought it in on Friday 8/23 at approximately 1:15 PM and was given a quote for 2 units of refrigerant, a pressure switch and labor costs. I waited 3 1/2 hrs before I was informed that they were waiting on part to be delivered ( I would have not agreed to service if I'd known you didn't have the part) I waited another hour and then was informed the wrong part had been delivered (it was now 5:27 PM) I had to take the whole afternoon off from work for a service that did nothing for me. I could not wait until correct part was delivered as I had somewhere to be at 6 PM. I left the store at 5:30 and was going to bring it in next day for correct part to be installed. I could not make it in on Saturday so I took it in on Sunday at 8 AM. The part was supposedly installed and and recharged. I payed $223 dollars and my AC is worse than when I brought it in. When I brought it in I would get some cold air now I get ABSOLUTELY ZERO cold air! I want my money back for part and refrigerant. U can keep the labor. I figured I would give it a day to see if I got any cool air before I sent this email. I really hope your store will refund my money. Paying for this service was a financial hardship for me and I cannot afford to pay $223 on a service that made the problem worse. Let alone 4 hrs of lost wages. Associates are very knowledgeable and straight forward. Gave me examples if I don’t have a certain service done but not pushy at all. Very satisfied with the services provided this last month.

i have been using the big o on mall view rd in bakersfield ca for 15yrs and would not go anywhere else Brian and crew are efficiant and honest heck I even send my 20yr old daughter there solo knowing they will do right by her

They are good with tires but make you wait three hours to get an oil change. I guess they just want you to walk out.

I always go there for my routine service. This time, my battery went out. I got a boost, showed up and they took me in right away. I was IN/OUT within 40 minutes. The shop was already busy when I got there. I always truly appreciate the guys minding the desk honesty and responsiveness. Big 5 is right next door, I got to shop while my car was taking care of, that's just bonus!!!

I took my car in for oil change and to check my check engine light. The 1st guy said it was pressure values went home called the next day to set up appointment Rick answered the phone had me take my car back in he did an excellent job taking care of my problem. I will always take my vehicle. Guys are honest and professional
