I was greeted in a friendly manner by Stephen and he took down my information as well as my service needs. After about an hour Stephen called me back advising what they found and the recommended repairs. I approved the repairs and I would say about 3 hours later I received a call from Stephen and actually Brian as well indicating that my car is ready. When I picked up my vehicle I had a 10 % Off coupon which was honored without any hesitation.

I like the fact that the person in charge on the day I went in did a detailed estimate for me even though I told him that I could not afford to come back for another month. He took the time to explain everything to me even though he knew up front that that day was not a pay day and the pay day was not even assured. That was a month and a half ago. I came in last week and obtained a 120 mile tune up. I wish the waiting area was larger and had more comfortable seats. The location is great. Even if I have a long wait, I can walk to a good restaurant, grocery store, and lumber store. So, the wait seems shorter than it is. All good.

I am always taken care of when I take my vehicle for servicing at Big O.

Service was prompt and friendly. I do have a recommendation however. Oil changes take too long. Usually I have to leave my vehicle, take an uber, come back a couple of hours later. I strongly recommend Big-O creates an express oil change lane or service. 30 minutes at the most for an oil change.
