I had an oil change. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Everything went smoothly. My number one place to go to is Big O Tires for everything I need for my car.

It took 3 hours for an oil change. I waited. I wish someone would have told to just drop it off and come back in 3 to 4 hours. I now know.
