My name is Saandy, Carrie is my daughter and she has been most happy with your service also. Everyone at this location has been most helpful and accommodating. My latest experience required my vehicle being towed in. I called the store, explained my problem. "No problem"! They were ready when my vehicle arrived. One of the gentlemen there drove me home. When it was ready, they called and my daughter drove me there. Sorry, no photo or video.

Gary assisted me in a very friendly, and polite tone. He helped me with getting my tires swapped and provided me with excellent customer service.

1- during the appointment making online, closest locations were not showing up, time availability was not presented 2- waited 30 minutes for the oil change to just start at the location 3- unlocking wheel lock took longer time then promised and charges were not clearly communicated first 4- didn’t have option to purchase filters, and other options 5- sales person and technician were very rude and did not communicate in friendly manner

I have a small fleet of 12 trucks in Fullerton, and have been from tire shop to tire shop over the 30 years in business. Chauncey at Big O is our primary service writer for our fleet. I've been impressed with the service and quality of work, timeliness of repairs (I'm running a business and need minimal downtime for maintenance and repairs) and costs are very reasonable. I send my personal vehicles, employees personal vehicles, and would not hesitate to recommend Big O of Anaheim to anyone.

My experience overall from start to finish was excellent. I will send anyone I know looking for tires, oil changes, etc to this location. The staff were all professional and the products great quality.

Check in and service was really good. Booking the appointment was super easy. My only complain is that the cost of wheels alignment is not available at the time of booking. I believe $90 for front wheels alignment is excessive

We used to take our cars (both Honda) to the dealership. The dealership blatantly lied to us at one point so we were done with them. Big-O in Anaheim were ready to help us with any issue we had with our car at very reasonable prices. Their customer service is excellent and we would highly recommend to anyone who needs car repairs to just a simple oil change.

Great customer service. Fair pricing. Location is very far from our home, so unlikely we will return to this particular location. Car was towed to this location from Disneyland.

They treat you like a friend that dropped by for a visit and get the service done faster than you expected. No surprises just quick professional service .
