Scheduling was on point. Tire knowledge and recommendations for use and terrains exceeded expectations. Was able to give a punch list of items to inspect or of concern and was followed thru with and reported. Super friendly, approachable and accommodating.

I went to store to buy a new set of 4 tires, there were other customers ahead of me, as usual, I waited my turn, which I do not mind since is normal business procedures, what I did not appreciate was when I finally got my turn and the representative was already working with me he immediately stopped and proceeded to help other customer to give back his car keys and on top of that went ahead and explained what was wrong with his serviced vehicle, if I waited for my turn I think is just good customer service practice if you finish helping me before you proceed to assist other customer regardless of the situation.
