Waiting time

Service was performed in a short period of time, follow up on a concern I had (tire losing air) was properly addressed by the service professional along with the shop having a friendly and inviting place created by all of the employees. Chancey and Gary truly make the visit fun but you have the knowledge they are involved in services being performed on your vehicle. I recommend this Big O Store to all of my friends and associates.

The owner Brandon Lester provides the highest level of quality service I have ever experienced. He is kind, friendly, and an excellent communicator.

My tire emergency was treated as if it was the only emergency they would have to deal with that day. A tire had to be procured from an off-site source, and someone was dispatched to get it while I was still on the phone reporting my problem. As always, personal, friendly service like you would only get from a neighbor who truly cares about you. EXCELLENT!!!!
