Chancy and Leonard worked diligently to work me in on the July 4th weekend.Service was completed within an hour and to my expectations.

Made appointment night before at 1 am and got approved next morning. Quick drop off. Took less than 2 hours to get car back.

Chauncey rocks,I've always been treated like the most important person in the shop.

First of all the man behind the counter went out of his way to order specific tires I wanted. He then was able to squeeze me in on the schedule that SAME day. He showed me what I was paying for and I was very satisfied. They were pretty busy that day so it was a first come first served deal which I had no problem with. While waiting I was asking him questions on why tires show wear and tear and he was very informative on the subject that made clear sense. All in all this place had about 100$ Savings compared to the competition and they were quick and accurate.

We always take our cars to Big O in Anaheim because we know we can rely on Tim McClanahan and his staff.

Quick and easy

I have had my car and my daughters cars serviced, bought tires, had brakes redone, air conditioning issues, leaky values and various other car issues for 6 years. My last issue was a hard to find leaky value screwing up my air cond and the car showed it as overheating. They tracked it down. Always, awesome! They are trustworthy, easy to work with and back their work so that you are happy. Chauncey is my main man. He is great!
