Big O Tires

This Big O location has always been honest and they do quality work. They are very focused on customer service and keeping you informed of the status of your vehicle. They aren't the least expensive place (probably average cost for most work) but in my opinion it is worth it for the quality, honesty and customer service I receive.

My alternator died on Friday night. I called big o on Saturday at 7:30. Alan said they could order part & complete on Saturday. I had to get AAA out to tow my car. I am within walking distance so I didn’t have to sit & wait. I appreciate the service I have always received from this big o tire location. Thank you for taking care of my car so quickly - I appreciate it.
