Service to a little longer than I was told.

I called to make an oil change appointment. The representative was very helpful when scheduling the appointment. After doing the courtesy inspection the representative called me to informed me he recommended to do a coolant service as well. It was almost completely out and gave me a reasonable price. I normally go to this location to get my oil change and buy my tires. And will keep on going

My last visit got the results I was looking for. The cost was low because the root cause of the problem was identified and replaced efficiently. Good work, Big O Team!

They associates were easy to communicate with. The service done on my tires were highly satisfying for the time it took to be done. I did not pay anything for my service done because what I thought was wrong wasn’t what was wrong.

Chancy is the store manager and he is a friendly and very honest. He shares personal automotive experiences that just add to his creditability.

I always get great service from friendly employees at this location. Although my tire was not repaired, I was informed that my air leak was not major and that I could return to have it fixed when I had time. Very reassuring.

Well to begin with the customer service was really good I felt so comfortable. The employee spoke very clear and easy to understand. I really recommend this place to a lot of people. The service is quick and efficient.

I have been a customer with this Big O Tires for years, in the past I have been very happy with the knowledge and the workmanship. I understand the owner I had dealt with, Tim no longer owns this store. I look forward to working with the new owner, so far I have been very satisfied with the work done to my car.
