They gave me a good price on new tires. They were busy but got me through in a good amount of time. They were average on friendliness. But it was a good experience anyway and I will be back in a couple of months

This Big O gives you a feeling they can be trusted. They twice before turned down my business saying it was not nesecarry at the time, and when they did do some work it was well done with no problems after 2 weeks of running on it.

Was satisfied with the services that the associate provided. Was very friendly and made the process extremely straight for award and easy. Gave me a library of prices to choose from and gave me a good quality tire for a good price

Chauncey is great at communicating what's happening throughout the life of the project.

I had originally purchased tires at another store and explained at the time of purchase that they would need special equipment in order to get my car on the lift. It was going to take 3-5 days to get the tires and then they only had an available appointment approximately 2 weeks later. Not a problem as it's not my daily driver. Well, come two weeks later, I show up and expect to have new tires put on my car only to find out they would not be able to install the tires because they could not get my car on the lift - after I had told them this might be an issue. Upon returning home, I called Big O Tires and Brandon definitely went above and beyond to let me know that they would be able to take care of me. Not only was he able to get the exact same times but that he could get them that very day and install them in the afternoon. He's definitely a man of his word and definitely an example for others to follow. I'm highly satisfied with my experience at Big O Tires. I will definitely be returning for my next set of tires. They were a very friendly and professional staff. This is how it should always be.

I want to thank Allan for making my life so easy. When I called he quickly looked up my account and gave me a price for the tires. He told me he could help right away and I drove over and he had my paperwork ready to sign and they completed the job quickly.

I went for a oil change on 3/3/20, went home after 2 hours and it was leaking. Went back same day said it was fixed. Woke up 3/4/20 still leaking went to work after work went to fix it and said it was fixed. Woke up 3/5/20 still leaking. I had to miss work on 3/5/20 to finally make sure it gets done right. The back and forth from garden Grove to Anaheim was awful. Gas prices aren't cheap and missing work was also awful. I cant afford it...I asked Sean for a refund and he was more then happy to do it. Allen was great also and even Jessie gave me his personal truck do go home why they replace my oil pan. There was no cost to me but like I said missing work and gas was an expense I didnt expect. Your customer service is great but maybe something needs to be done with the technicians to make sure they are paying attention.

Morning! I will be calling your shop to schedule a follow up. I was in for service on Friday 1/3. Sunday I noticed my left rear hub cap was missing. It was there on Friday after service but came lose. My concern is this is the 2nd time in 2 years that I have lost a hub cap because they weren't properly reinstalled. Also yesterday I took my car on the freeway. At freeway speeds the steering wheel vibrated which it didn't before & is because of wheels not being balanced. You have a great shop, I will continue to have my car serviced there and I know you will make theses issues correct. Thanks & have a great day.

Confident I had reliable service at a fair price

I was told by my neighbor the place is not the same since the guys who ran the front office (for a long time) were gone :( Knowing my neighbor can have a negative personality, and she expects a lot) I was not going to let that affect my visit. I needed a new battery, over the phone I was very happy with the degree of customer service I received, they had a quote for me and I told them I would be in Saturday mid morning. Face to face the 2 service technicians were not so customer service focused, no eye contact and they did not have much of a personality. I told them I would be waiting in the waiting area. Normally the guys used to come the waiting area to let us (all) know they haven't forgotten us, there was always a personal touch. after 2 hrs I ended up going to the front counter only to find out my car was ready but buried under some papers. Because Tim owns this business and I have been a customer of his for years, I will be back, this time for an oil change and service on 3 of my cars. To the front counter guys, at least give me a friendly smile and use my name when you take my money I don't bite. thank you.

Professional and got the job done in a timely manner

I went to this location for my wheel alignment, I had just had my car aligned a week before at a different location and it seemed off. The only way to check is to have it done again by different mechanics. I was in and out quickly and this location made some corrections. The car still pulls some but noting to panic about. For other reasons I had to take the same car into the dealership and they checked the alignment and told me the font and back are still off. I'm not sure if anyone really knows how to correctly work on this car..

This has been my car shop for the past couple of years. I completely trust the employees here. They've always treated me and all customers that I've witnessed with respect and professionalism. They've gone above and beyond for me before and have always quoted me fair prices. They don't try to oversell me on parts I don't need. I had marked down one question earlier about the ease of finding the price. That wasn't location specific. I tried to find the price of an oil change online but couldn't. So I called the shop and they provided the price to me over the phone as they've done before, which I greatly appreciate.
