Big O Tires

My only complain is, can they be more thorough on checking whats wrong with the car. Because I went twice for them to fix my car. The first day they changed a part but didn't fix the problem and I paid for it. So I went back they did fixed it. I paid for it without applying the credit of the 1st one. That is like charging me for something that's I don't need

Brandon and team are efficient and communicate to customers, and can answer your questions and easily explain what is being done

Didn't do much other than put new tires on. Nothing else was checked like brakes, alignment, etc. Moved from Washington state and the Big O tire stores would check everything out and make recommendations. Guess that's not the case here.

The intake was timely and accurate. All employees were appropriately attired and we’re there to take care of business no small talk or loitering. No one wants to sit around waiting for the car to get repaired and these gentlemen make sure they got you in and out as long as possible with great service in a timely fashion. Job well done!!!

I made an appointment for a tire change 6 days in advance so I would assume they would have the tire there by the time I got there. Instead of waiting the 1 - 1.5 hours like normal, which they told me I would wait, I waited 3 hours for my tire to be changed. They had to go pick up the tire even though they had 5 days notice and said they had the tire in stock on the website. A long waste of my time. I thought the wait would be shorter by making an appointment but I should have just gone to another tire shop. At least pep boys called me when I made an appointment with them and they let me know they didn't have the tire in stock. I will not be going back to big o tires.

Always treated well, charges are always fair, service counter is great to deal with. Don't change a thing.

Unfortunately I had two appointments I did not get the service I requested. The first appointment was at 1:00 pm my car was not put on the rack untill 3:00 pm. I only got partial service (I requested tire rotation, brake inspection and alignment check. I received tire rotation only). I made another appointment the next day Jan 8. I waited 1hour and 30 minutes and the car was still in the parking lot. At that point I had to leave. When you make an appointment you should get service quickly. I would like to say Sean at the counter was very helpfull and knowledgeable,

Tire had a nail in it and they patched it up no charge. Think I waited maybe 15 minutes. Very fast.

Appointment @8:30 check in 10 minutes early, 45 minutes come back nothing done

Right now you don't want my review. I planned to spend this hot day out somewhere with air conditioning. My house doesn't have it and it was 101 here today. So I got dressed up and went out to my car (which I picked up Saturday, and paid $2850 to have the air conditioner fixed.) It worked yesterday to run an errand. This morning I went about 4 blocks and realized I had no air. Yes Chauncy was pleasant and told me to bring it right in. But I live 30 miles away and wasn't going to drive in 100 degree heat. So I guess I'm just stranded until the temperature goes down. Not a happy customer.

The entire process from scheduling to completion was a breeze. Sales rep very professional.

Allen was the sales person and he explained, showed me exactly what happened to my tire and what it would take to repair it.

Asked the Owner to Quit sending this review but it keeps coming. They took advantage of my wife. I ordered tires on the phone. When she went for install they did alignment without asking or getting approval 1st
