My Jeep was stalling. It has not stalled since the sensor was replaced.

We recently discovered a need for tires. We contacted Big O for pricing and availability of appointment as it is near my office. Allen checked me in and was efficient had the ability to multi-task wonderfully. My tires were high quality and took less than two hours from start to finish. Once I returned to the store to pick up my car, it was quick to retrieve and pay and I was on my way. The customer service and value will keep us coming back to Brandon and Big O in the future!

Took my wife's car in, and was installed an improper part, I don't know if they check before releasing the car. She was on the freeway and the car was acting up wanting to shut down luckily she managed to exit the freeway took it back, and took day an a half to fix. That's the second or third time they do this human error to my wife's car looks to me that it's more of quantity instead of quality. And now the check engine light is on again and won't be stopping by anymore they have lost a costumer.

The associates at the front are always very friendly and courteous. They give the impression they care and want the customer to be happy with the service.

Asked them to Stop Emailing me this review and they just send it more! Now the Owner started texting me WTF ? I asked to be removed thru Tim the store owners Email.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced!! When I asked for a water cup I was told to do a cone with my hand and drink it because office was locked and no cups were available... oh WOW!! Took more than 3.5 hours just to fix a flat tire.. went there 3 times before finally agreeing to have them repair it as it was under the so call Big O Tire free flat repairs on tires sold by them... I do not recomend this place .. go to America's Tires.. they have a whole lot better customer service and their warranties are much, much better and fixing flats a thousand times faster...

Customer Service Was Great.

Jim, Bought tires yet they did alignment without calling or asking my approval. Yes they refunded it but yet didn't ask. Also I know our car has a bent tie rod how come they didn't catch that? Told Owner Jim Mcclanahan to stop emailing me asking for a review. All he did was send them more! Store is clean, waiting area and coffee not so much. Jim be a Man call me if you like 714-858-1868. But please STOP and Remove me from you emailing's. Thank you. You asked and asked now you got what I didn't want to have to say

friendly and professional services. the facility is clean perhaps more chairs or tv would be better in the waiting area. price is reasonable compared with other car dealers' service shops. would recommend to other people.

I bought Tires for my wife. During install they decided She needed an Alignment. But they didn't call Her to ask for approval, they just did it. Yes, after I Called them they did refund the money charged for alignment. But Tim the owners say's what else do you want we refunded you. 2nd Set of Tires and Last from here. Good Years for our Accord and Michelins for my Truck. Average psi is 34 Odd both set's set at 41 psi. Too Much. Bye Bye Big O

Had two flat tires had to be towed in. Figured I would need new tires but they were able to repair both and did not charge me. Will definitely return
