Big O Tires

I went in for an alignment as I had purchased new tires from a different vendor. The associate joked that I should have bought my tires at his shop. I requested the alignment service and was told it would be completed in about an hour. I left and grabbed lunch, and about 25 minutes later I received a phone call that they had checked my alignment and there was no need for adjustment, and no charge. I feel this was a very honest and respectable store and would highly recommend!

The repair of the flat tire was at no charge as I had purchased my tires at Big O. Also, I was very pleased with finding out my front tires need to be replaced for my safety and I did get a written estimate from the associate which I will soon use

I've been here multiple times because the employees seem very honest and they're not trying to sell you necessary services. I called ahead of time and they gave me an honest estimate of the wait-time. Also, they made an effort to service the car as fast as possible, so it was done in an hour an a half instead of two. Thanks!

My family and extended family have been visiting this Big O for the past 14 years and the experience is like a family atmosphere. The staff is observant and mindful of not just repairs for your vehicle but other aspects including your family. Helpful, wonderful and even provide referrals for services which are not offered at the location. Thank you Gary/Al!!

I've been bringing all 4 of my vehicles to this Big O Tire store for almost 20 years and they have always taken excellent care. I used to take my cars to the dealerships, but they were always trying to get things done that weren't necessary and were expensive. At Big O, they do what is needed. Thanks again for the great service.

Great Service

Very quick and professional. Great experience.

Very friendly staff. The next day I had a problem with the under side of the car and required a quick fix which they did very fast. It was a clip that came off the underguard of the car.

We were from out of town and had troubles with our truck. We called and they got us in right away. The owner Brandon was amazing to help try and figure out the problem. They could have gauged us on the price and done unnecessary work, but they didn't . Brandon gave us a ride to our rv while they did the work and picked us up when it was ready. The whole staff was amazing and helpful!!! We would like to thank them for helping make our trip to Anaheim so wonderful. The repairs they did on our truck were exactly what it needed and we made it home safely. Thank you!!!!!
