Big O Tires

I brought my car in because I heard a hum from the right front wheel. I had googled the symptom & google said possible wheel bearing. Sean had your mechanics check it out & test drive. The mechanic could not replicate the problem but did check everything out that could be associated with the noise. Sean said the car was safe to drive, no issues & to bring it back if the noise got louder. And did not charge me. I appreciate your employees honesty & integrity & I will continue to have your shop service my car. Thank you.

People are friendly and prices are reasonable. Also, the location is near to my home, so it makes it easier for me to drop off my car.

My sister and I drove to Anaheim from Utah following my daughter in her car as she was going to be working at a Disney Internship for a few months. The morning after we got there, we awoke to find a huge screw in my daughter's tire. She didn't have time to take it in to get it fixed so my sister called your store and Chauncey told us to bring it in and he would repair it for us, no charge! We were relieved and delighted! We arrived at your store and were greeted with friendly smiles and an eagerness to help. Luckily the screw hadn't gone in far enough to puncture the tire and your good people were able to quickly remove it and replace it on the car for us! How grateful we were for such a quick and honest transaction! A few days later my daughter again had a problem with her car and thought her oil filter may be leaking. I immediately referred her to your store. When she walked in, Chauncey recognized her last name and even remembered my sister and me! He then said my daughter must be the one serving the Disney Internship! The fact that he remembered us and especially my daughter and why she was in California was astounding! Again you were able to fix the minor problem and told my daughter her oil filter was NOT leaking. In both of these situations, your store and staff could have very easily taken advantage of three women from out of town who know little about car repairs, but you took the high road. I wish I could express just how much that means in today's world!! I wish I could move your store up to Utah so we could take all our car concerns to you!! Thank you Chauncey and the amazing and wonderful crew at La Palma Big O! You guys are standouts in every way!! I wish there was a higher rating than 5!

Very satisfied after another shop told me tire wasnt able patch

Chauncey is the best! He's my go-to-guy! I definitely won't go anywhere else. The staff here is so nice. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of and they always offer the best service.

Gary was great! He was efficient and communicative through the whole process. Dropping off and picking up my vehicle was very easy. I received a phone call to help schedule my appointment (sorry for the hang up Gary) as well as when my tire service was completed.

Nice friendly service and my truck was ready in a hour

I was a customer at America's Tires for years. When I went back to get new tires their prices we outragous. I saw Big O' tires prices advertised, the price difference was half. I noticed that the customer service at America's Tires is not good anymore. When you need an allignment they have to refer you to another shop. everything is taken care of at Big O's. Hopefully this will be my place for my car.

They were able to fit me in to their schedule with minimal waiting. I really appreciated that!
