Big O Tires

I will always take my cars to Big O I have been going to them for years. I trust them, their work ethics is top notch. they have integrity, reliability and great workmanship! The guys (Gary and Tim) at the front counter are the nicest and very professional and personable, it feels like family.

The staff at Big O tires could not be more helpful. The price for the service and advice I recdivec was unbeatable. I will definitely be choosing Big O Tires for any services I need in the future.

Use them evry time I need an alignment. they do such a great job keeping my vehicle going straight.

Staff was friendly an attentive to my needs. My issue was inspected and resolved at no expense. The nail had not actually punctured through the tire. This is why I always buy my tires at Big O. I usually go to the Brea one when I am at home and the Anaheim one when I am at work.

Always great service and good prices

A couple of years ago I was about to take a trip from Orange County, California up North past Bakersfield on Highway 99. I was getting my 2006 Chrysler Town and Country serviced just before I left. I mentioned that my tires were about ready to be replaced and upon my next car servicing that I would buy new tires. While the car was on the rack being serviced the owner called me over and showed me the extent of the ware and tear on my old tires. Tim the owner said if I didn't have the money he personally would work out something. He said that he would not let me leave without putting new tires on my car. Well he convinced me, I did purchased new tires and driving on them today. I'm impressed with Big O Tire's service but more impressed with their genuine concern for my family's safety. Since Big O cancelled my original credit card when they changed banks, I really go to their area of town much. When I received an advertisement for specials in the mail, I decided to go & they were absolutely WONDERFUL!

I originally came due to great customer service I received by Brandon a few years ago at the Anaheim location there is another location closer to me Brea but customer service was awful. Thank God for Brandon who was not at Anaheim shop but Allen was good and car drove great. Compliments to technician.

Trustworthy,reliable and all the guys are very personable and funny too while still being very professional. Always leave feeling very well taken care of. The wait is the only drawback but won't go anywhere else. Susan

Always treated great

I brought my car in for its normal service. They did the work timely and at a fair price. They told me that 3 of my tires needed replacement. I told them that the tires were purchased somewhere else and were still under warranty. They gave me a price on new tires and understood that I would probably go back to where I purchased the tires to get new ones. I then decided to purchase the tires from Big O. I trust them more to give me a good product and to take care of me in the future. They replaced the tires and told me that the previous tires wore out early because the car was not in proper alignment. I had them do the alignment and my car drives fine with the new tires. They also did the service more than an hour before the promised time. I am very happy with my decision. That is why I have used them for all of my car service for the last 5 years.

Gary not sure if his last name and his side kick and all the staff were so nice. I bought corvette and was looking for tires you had best price and again great customer service.
