Big O Tires

I have used them multiple times now and been happy with each experience. It began with a tire repair and oil change. Now they are my go-to for almost everything!

Its a great local shop, and the main guy is both knowledgeable, friendly and thorough.

I just had my tires rotated and they were on the phone but as soon as they were off addressed my issue. They are always nice and courteous.

They were very friendly and helpful. I had a clean and comfortable place to wait with drinks available as well as reading material. The job didn't take any longer than I was told, and they parked the car for me headed out, which I appreciated.

They took care of me and my car quickly and efficiently.

I had recently purchased a set of tires from this store. Unfortunately I got a nail in one tire. I made an appointment with Monique, dropped it off and picked it up about an hour later with no charge. Friendly and timely. We will soon be purchasing tires from the same store for another car.

In and out quick

Everyone I spoke with was friendly and courteous. My questions & concerns were noted and addressed. I had to bring my car in twice as I was told they didn't have time to complete the work in one day, but I was able to schedule the second appointment within a couple of days. I highly recommend Big O and will be bringing my car back for any future services needed.

I took my truck in to have the rear brakes checked.Chris called later and informed me I needed almost everything.They were quick, clean and very helpful.I appreciate the way they treated me and my truck!

I was 1000 miles into a 1300 mile journey with my wife and three grandkids, and the gas cap stuck, making me unable to continue on my journey. The associates broke off the old cap, made a special trip to the dealer to get a new cap which they installed, and got me on my way promptly.
