Big O Tires

MATT helped me as soon as I got to his counter. He diagnosed my impending emergency quickly (could've been a "tow" call if I had NOT come in right away), got a plan of attack ready, & had me fixed in about four- five hours. Very competent & efficient -- THANK YOU!

I was 1000 miles into a 1300 mile journey with my wife and three grandkids, and the gas cap stuck, making me unable to continue on my journey. The associates broke off the old cap, made a special trip to the dealer to get a new cap which they installed, and got me on my way promptly.

Fantastic!: I needed new tires and they were perfect for my need. It was quick and painless. :):)

My first visit with MATT went very well; I think he's a very good addition to your team. I should've asked to have my tire pressure & vital fluids checked, but I assume this went with the oil change(?). Nice to have an infrequent glimpse of KEITH!

Dropped my truck off for an oil change and headed to the Rockies game. When I returned it was ready to go, backed into a parking spot that made exiting the facility quick and easy.

I originally started using Big O about 3 years ago. I use to go to Discount Tire for many years but had a bad experience with them. After that I began using the big o on 58th and Independence. Unfortunately they moved locations to 52nd and Vance. I went to that location a couple of times. Everything thing was fine but I decided to try the one on 44th in Wheat Ridge. I've done buisness at this location now twice. Both times I've been VERY happy with the work they have done, the promptness of the work being completed and most of all the friendliness and professional of their staff. In particularly with the manager/assistant manager, (not sure) of Chris. I will from now on go to this location only.

Chris and Dylan are really professional and great to work with. They are both very informational and always have answers to our question or concerns. I will continue to go to your store even though there are Big O's closer to our shop.

I started at the store on West Colfax, just for a tire rotation and check alignment, the female desk person rejected me a second time for service, as I had been there previously about two weeks prior. I had been a customer at W. Colfax store for years, have purchased two sets of tires there. New tires every two years on service truck, plus other service. I tried to make an appointment as they were busy at that time. Said this is "walk" in store, I'd be back in a couple of hours, she said to call to make an appointment???? Went to the W. 44th ave store, great guys, quick service, no run around. SUPER service. Rating is for W. 44th store only!!!!

Just good friendly service clear on pricing I had appointment at two the next day I brought the truck in at 2 o’clock. They had the truck in the garage being worked on very satisfied.
