Everything went well and fast. I will be back here in the future. My only complaints are that there was not wifi available (if there was, I didn't see it and it wasn't offered), the fridge for customer waters was empty (though there were cases of water next to it), and the hallway leading to the vending machine looked dirty and cluttered. These things just would have made my hour stay more comfortable. Wifi would have been the most appreciated since I was working remotely while I waited for my car. None of these are deal breakers, just things to enhance customer experience on a cold day. The ease in which I chose tires, had them installed, and was offered promotional rebates and incentives is what sold me on this location. Salespeople at other stores either were uninformed or did not mention to me rebates which were advertised on their websites, thus making it appear that my purchase would have been more expensive. With Big O, I took advantage of all the offered rebates, taking nearly $200.00 of my purchase price.

I needed a couple of trailer tires. Dylan and Luis helped me pick out a couple and ordered them for me. The next day they called to tell me they were in so I loaded up a tire on the rim and took it down. They unloaded it for me and called me when it was finished (about an hour) while I was out running errands. I went home, got the other tire and an hour later I had both tires mounted and balance for a very good price.

I was treat with courtesy and respect.

The employees at this Big O are very professional and detailed. It is a pleasure to work with them, particularly the gentleman named Ian.

Friendly and fast. Gave me ride back to work and picked me back up when they were done.

They listened to me about what my problem was and got me right in and took care of it. They also verified with me which tire was the problem. At the Goodyear store where the tires were bought, we had taken it back 3 times and never fixed my tire problem. So thank you for taking the time and addressing my problem in a timely manner.

Joe does excellent work. He does all the work on my special car.

Jake is FANTASTIC! He remembers me and the cars that I have. His communication is clear and honest. He is one of the reasons I come back to this location.

The individual who helped me decide what services I wanted was Assistant Manager Iian Plummer. He was courteous, knowledgeable, didn't try to sell me services I didn't need nor require. An all around super neat guy. I'd definately recommend him to anyone who needs tires or automotive work done and I'll certainly go back anytime I need tires or automotive done.

I used them on Saturday January 9th. I am thankful they are open on Saturdays

Good tires, reasonable price ?.

Fixed everything in a timely matter, super nice + informative, made sure I understood what they did and why. To top it all off--no charge!

I needed new wipers for my car. One of them was completely shredded. I wasn't sure if I could just drop in & get new wipers or not. They were able to get right to it & get it done. I was in & out in 10 minutes, and now I can see thru my windshield just fine. This Big O is a great place to get service.
