To be honest I went to Discount tire first. I felt like I was a cattle in heard trying to move along. They didn’t even come out and look at my vehicle. They didn’t even give me pricing they said I had to go online to get pricing. It was totally opposite at Big O.

Went in on Saturday with some new wheels I got. Picked out some tires, they are an odd size so they didn't have them in stock... instead they had them delivered. Within a few hours they called me and had my tires mounted on and ready to be put on the car. Everyone here was awesome and they even had the Avalanche game on, so I didn't miss anything! I am more than satisfied with the look of my new wheels and tires! And it drives great despite some warning that I might feel some vibrations with the size of my new wheels. Guys did a great job! Ill definitely be back For my next set in the future!

There was a problem with the availability of the tires I was to buy. Although I had paid a deposit for the tires, they were not available at the scheduled time. So, I was upgraded and provided with benefits equal to what I was planning to buy. I was well treated and the staff acted with integrity and speed.
