I have been buying tires from Big O for over 20 years. One of the reasons is for the rotating and balancing my tires on a regular basis. Even though this is a free service, my store always handles this routine maintenance promptly and professionally.

They have always done my husband’s business vehicles and ours. They are kind and don’t gouge.

I appreciated the time they gave me to make sure I got the best tires I needed.

I feel I can trust the shop to give me good service at a good price. They are very accommodating. As a widow who never had to take her car for repairs at a shop before, I am pleased to be treated fairly.

I have been to this location multiple times now and will continue to go back! The employees are friendly and have completed my services in less time than what I've been quoted every time. This last visit, I had my oil changed, tires rotated and wiper blades replaced. The cost was beyond reasonable and once again, they were exceptionally quick considering I was a walk-in.

The gentleman found the winter tires I was looking for with my Tesla Model Y Performance and managed to get me in within the week! Much sooner than Tesla and even discount tire. Very pleasant to work with and the job was completed quick and painlessly. Would definitely go again.

I have been taking all 6 of my vehicles here for tires and mechanical service. Chris and Dylan as well as the other staff are competent, courteous, fair, and reliable. I plan to continue using this establishment in this foreseeable future.

Friendly and on time. My service was minimal-just a tire repair, and it was free as I purchase my tires at Big O. It was very early and the fresh coffee was appreciated.

Chris the manager is wonderful. He makes sure it runs smoothly. Always had quality work here. I trust this shop to take care of my Toyota Camry.

Transportation to and from the store so I didn't have to wait for the tires to be mounted.
