Big O Tires

I use this particular Big O store all the time.They are courteous, helpful and show me several options when I am low on funds.I love them

Prompt, friendly and efficient service. Prices were a little higher than I expected. I really appreciated the ride back to my office when I dropped the car off for service.

They used a grinder to delicately remove a seized valve cap without damaging the stem or TPMS sensor

I was pleasantly surprised that the price of set of tires was lower than Costco and your staff were much more friendly and welcoming. Also got alignment and had a small issue with a sensor which was explained - (not mansplained!) - clearly to me right away.

I've been to several other tire shops in the Denver - Boulder area over the years, and this shop is the only one that does everything correctly.The tire balancing (go for the road force balancing -- you'll love it) and alignments they do are excellent.

Had an emergency and had to be towed to big o and these guys took great care and had me back on the road in no time

I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy tires. I can count on these guys to give good service & the best price in town. A bonus is they are within walking distance of my house, so it's easy to drop off & pick up cars.

They remember me when i go in and i'm always happy to refer you guys to friends who need tires or service. The people who checked me in were so very friendly and professional and when I checked out the associate spent time to let me know what services I would need in the next 12 months. There was no pressure to do additional work and a great explanation of what was to come with an estimated cost.

I took my car into a different big o to get a tire rotation, and afterward my car had a hard pull to the right and I suspected foul play because I've been taken advantage of by mechanics in the past and they he terrible reviews online. Chris, who works the big that ultimately fixed my alignment, was incredibly helpful and sympathetic to my concerns and generously fixed the problem I believe the first one created. Thank you so much, you've got a loyal customer!
