Big O Tires

We have been customers of Big O for over 5 years; I had a screw in my tired; I was met outside and taken care of immediately. I am a customer for life. They have bottled water and a CLEAN restroom.

I bought winter tires here last year on the recommendation of my boyfriend who told me that he worked with for his tires and he was satisfied that they have a great service team. He wasn't wrong! Jake and his team go above and beyond to help. I recently had a tire blow out and then realized I had no spare and had a problem remounting the new tire because of where the van was parked. The Big O team was able to get me the tire I needed asap and also ended up coming to the parking lot where my van was stuck to put the new tire on with their floor jack. The whole process was stressful from my end, but Jake and the team helped out, gave advice and assistance every step of the way. I would recommend them and will be back!

Reasonable costs and excellent service at Big O on 44th Ave.

West 44th Wheat Ridge, CO Big O Tires shop is simply fantastic. They took me in this time with no appointment on a tire valve stem issue and fixed the problem faster than projected at a very reasonable price. The manager and all the staff I’ve encountered are always knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and polite. I always recommend this shop, they do good work and are honest and trustworthy.

Honest, affordable and professional

I love my Big O Euro Tour tires and, being a real estate agent, am frequently in need of tire repairs due to running over nails in new home construction sites. I have gone to numerous Big O stores around metro Denver to have these warrantied repairs completed. This location has become my go-to store because of their superior customer service and efficiency. Some other stores have tried to get me to buy new tires, stating they couldn't repair a slow leak, only to have this location fix it without a fuss. The store manager, Chris, is extremely fair and willing to go above and beyond ensure his customers are safe on the road. Can't say enough about these guys! Keep up the excellent work, Chris & team!

Always friendly and knowledgeable.

Previously they squeezed me in for an oil change since I was leaving town and needed the vehicle. Returned for tire purchase and oil change and found the crew as pleasant and helpful as the first time I came.

Customer service excels here. The management crew are helpful, and straightforward, whether good news or otherwise. The shop crew is very diligent and the car is always left clean.

Honest conversation with staff

Matt was just awesome. My Michelin tires were supposed to last 60k and only lasted 25k. Matt confirmed that this was a warranty situation, I was afraid I'd have to argue that point - but he offered it as soon as he saw the tires. He recommended a great choice for replacement tires and got me in that afternoon. I was treated fairly, professionally and kindly.

Have been coming here since 1983, watch Chris grow up!

I came in to have 4 tires mounted/balance. The manager, Chris, greeted me and advised the wait time would be about 90 minutes. I knew they were busy and I was not in a hurry. Within 60 minutes or so, my 4Runner was done. Chris quoted me on a few things that need attention and I was out the door. I was very pleased with the tire install. No vibrations or wiggles; seems like they were balanced perfectly. I will definitely be back in the future.

Everything was done to my expectations.
