Big O Tires

I came into the Wheat Ridge shop at 4:00pm (without an appointment) to have my front brakes replaced. They noticed a problem with another part and had it express delivered while I waited. I still was able to leave with all repairs completed at 6:00pm and now the car all set for winter! Thank you so very much!

I tried this location as the one closest to my house does not take apts for tire rotations. I had stopped in 3 times and the wait was always 2+ hours. So I thought I would try store 6038 hoping they were not as busy. Though they were busy and could not help me right away, I was able to make an apt! Jake was very professional, made recommendations regarding regular maintenance, but did not hard sell. I have an apt in a couple weeks to come back

I walked in off the street with a flat tire and I was treated VERY WELL.

As always, the crew is professional and courteous. Plus, I told them I had to get out of there at a certain time to make an appointment. They were done early so I got out of there on time.

Jake was very helpful and patient in answering my questions. He provided recommendations for future services based on the CarFax (offered to get it done same day, but I needed to schedule out a few weeks), but did not pressure me into get it all done.

Of all the retail/service relationships I have, for some reason, Big O keeps being my very favorite. It seems like they're always willing to solve my problems quickly and the warranty when you buy tires there is pretty exceptional. I complain a lot when i'm not treated well by big companies....And Big O is the exact opposite. High five, Big O!!!

I thought my car was in trouble because of noticing a few spots on concrete the day before. I thought it was coolant leaking. I had recently had a coolant flush done by you. I know overheating could be one or more of many things. Your service people got me scheduled the day I called. And, the heating problem turned out to be my air conditioner emitting water. Your staff was very efficient and courteous. I'm so glad I don't have a big problem with my vehicle. I recently also had my front brakes replaced with you and that experience was good too. I brought my wife's car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The guys were very professional and did good work in a reasonable length of time. I was very satisfied with the service.
