Big O Tires

We were pleasantly greeted when entering the office and waited only a few minutes to discuss service since there were other customers. The options and cost for replacing our worn tire were explained to us by the customer service rep. The time estimated (during apparent very heavy customer activities) was 1 hour to 2 hours to remove and replace our worn tire. We planned on dropping off our car since we had shopping to do. We received a call in approximately 90 minutes with the customer service rep advising or car was completed. I would recommend Tire Kingdom to my friends and family.

Had to replace a brand new tire because it got a nail in the sidewall. Replaced under warranty. Fast service, done the same day.

I was in a hurry due to having a very sick dog with me as i just got done at the vets and they were more than generous to get me in and out. I had a screw in my tire and they were very nice to get it done as quickly as possible. I purchased my tires from the 44th Big O location and I went to Golden since it was the closest and they didn't charge me to fix my tire. They went above and beyond of what they had to. I greatly appreciated it. Thank you!!

they what we needed. But this is not true of all big o tire dealers. The one on 44th in Wheatridge is great but the one on 64th in Arvada try's to rip off everyone customer with unneeded service. They want me to pay $700 on on 4 runner for front in work and I took to a front in shop, Lakewood Alignment there was nothing wrong at all. Will never go back to the 64th dealers.

I had been referred to this specific Tire Kingdom from a few very satisfied customers. They also said to ask for a gentleman by the name of Pedro. I did just that and was not let down.I needed an oil change as well a tune up. Pedro inspected my vehicle and informed me that i need four new tires.and that the reason for my vehicle pulling to the side was from it needing to be aligned.I did as he suggested. This fella was very knowledgeable about cars. As a female i have found in the past that stores have tried to sell me things that werent needed. Pedro and his team didnt do any of that. My vehicle was done before the scheduled time. I will be coming to this store for any future needs as well as recommend them to my family and friends.I would like to thank Pedro for his honesty and amazing work.

Great job

Performed my 100 K service. New plugs (16 of them), diffs serviced, oil change and tire rotation. They found a small exhaust leak on cold start but said its common and not to worry about unless it gets worse.

The guys at the desk were great to work with but I'm from out of state and needed an oil change. Not sure when I will be back in WR

Pedro got the cause of our low tire pressure after inspecting all four tires. He got us in promptly and after getting the car on a lift found the cause, a small nail. He followed through on his initial inspection did the repairs more promptly then we expected. I recommend this shop and Pedro in particular.

The timing of the services was perfect on the busy day from what it look like. The associates were professionals and knew their products

I am a repeat customer at Big O, and it is because the guys at this location are super nice guys and don't try to upsell you every time you go in for a simple oil change, it gets pretty frustrating to drop off your car for an oil change and then get the phone call telling you everything else you "should" be doing to your car. these guys are straight shooters and very friendly
