The guys at the Wheat Ridge Big O store are AWESOME! They have always taken care of my entire families vehicles for tires, repairs and maintenance services. It's really nice to have a locally owned business that treats all of their guests like family.

Great people. With no appointment they had fast service. Michael was great in the phone. All the products used were explained properly and with great detail.

Big O is great. They do good work, and they're open on Saturdays. If they can't fix it, they refer me to someone down the street who can. I've been a loyal customer for close to 25 years.

Ian, Jake, Chris, Matt, and Michael were all great to work with. The stayed in communication with me throughout the purchase process including letting me know that a part was back ordered and when it was expected to be available.

Good service but took longer than initially told.

I brought my vehicle in for a slow leak in a tire. Did a walk in and received prompt attention. Tire was repaired within 30 minutes.

This visit was to get my tires rotated. But I also took this advantage to bring my vehicle back in for the technician to check out my air conditioner. That is, I had it in the shop twice previously because my A/C wasn't cooling. The first time they refilled the coolant and sent me on my way. The "cool" only lasted a few (hot summer) days. The second time, the service writer was very helpful (and apologetic) and had the tech look further into the problem and supposedly ran a dye test to see if it was leaking anywhere. The test came back negative and the coolant was once again refilled. It was a short fix as well. On my last visit (which this survey is responding to), in addition to having my tires rotated, etc., I also asked for them to check out my A/C...which is not cooling - and hasn't been for the several months since my last visit (to have the A/C fixed). This time (now winter) I was told it was just "too cold" and that checking the A/C lines, etc., would be impossible and that I should bring the vehicle back when the weather was warmer. I understand the logic here...but with work and kids and school, etc., I can't just pop in on a warmer day. It's just not that easy. There's obviously a leak somewhere in my A/C system and the guys have been very helpful/sympathetic...but alas, my A/C still isn't working. And warmer days do and will be coming. Is there anything that can be done to finally get my "cool" on? Help!

The guy I talked to on the phone, Jake, really helped me to figure out what I really needed to replace my flat tire. All the others that I interacted with there at the shop were really helpful as well. The job got done, and I left with an extra spring in my step and an extra vroom in my ride in my car. We had an emergency and it was taken care of in an expeditious fashion with pleasant service folks

Super busy when I came in. Guy at the front was doing the best he could being the only person up front. Not his fault but was very un-organized environment.

Ian was very helpful in explaining the differences between all-terrain and highway tires. He made the process very easy.

Hi Keith, as always Chris took good care of me. My wife and I both purchased new tires there about 3 weeks ago as well. This is and has always been our go to place for taking care of our vehicles. I also like knowing I can count on Joe in the service department to reach out and say hello and usually find myself chatting with him while he changes my oil or checks my alignment. Great to see someone like Joe there for so many years. Tells me you must treat your employees well.

my wife brought her car in with a leaky tire. she was treated well, and promptly. and while she was there, she was able to make an appointment for my car to get serviced. Thanks for doing a great job.
