Big O Tires

I think I need to bring my car back because it's vibrating at high speeds. A balance issue perhaps?

They were short handed.

Had a problem with one of my tires- this was the only store who would let us come I. And work us in. We have serious health issues and are unable to leave our car. We will go back to this location, because of how we were treated!

I go there often. Everything went fine.

The staff was very friendly and helped me along the way with getting the parts I need and being very fair with price of the labor to install the parts that were very difficult to find.

I have purchased tires and maintenance service from Big O stores for two vehicles for at least ten years. I have generally been satisfied with the store on west 44th avenue in Wheat Ridge. I have had some bad experiences with the store on West Bowles near Southwest Plaza and am reluctant to return. I have also purchased service and tires from a store in Arvada and one in Aurora and had no problems.

Came in mid day due to a tire puncture that was releasing air at a quick rate. They were friendly understanding and able to squeeze me in and do a tire repair on two of my tires at a reasonable price.

Everything was great and the guys helping at the desk were friendly.

Went in for typical tire rotation and then had oil change as well. The folks there that day (Wheat Ridge Location) were nice. A mistake on the bill was quickly corrected.
