I have been working with big-o. For 41 years. I have never had a problem with there work or product.

This specific rear brake work took a lot longer than I had been led to believe it was going to take... especially since the appropriate parts were pre-ordered.

Well the guy at the counter was super nice and also tried to lower my prices down for everything and really helped me get everything I wanted how I wanted for cheap.

Start to finish the experience was great! Quick check-in even with it getting busy, did a drop off and they said it would be done before 6:00 PM. By 2:00 PM it was finished and ready for pickup. The total price came out CHEAPER than what I was previously told on the phone. Overall excellent customer service, probably the nicest folks I have interacted with at a tire shop.

Chris was very helpful in showing me the kind of tires that i wanted and answering questions that helped me make the final choice.

Do not understand dropping car off 7am(with appointment) and not getting it back until 5:30pm. I have all my car work done there. Everyone has been great. Just don't get the time problem.
