Big O Tires

I was disappointed that my quote for new tires went up 70$ when I went to pay the final bill. I understand manufacturer rebates come and go, but when I came in to order my tires and confirm the quote I received nothing was said about the price going up by the time my tires arrived to be installed. Service was great otherwise...

Had a flat got me in next day and got it done. No drama, operated as it should.

I called and made an appt. for Friday.....parts and service added up to 699.00. Thinking I could do it I went to autozone and purchased 2 rear shocks and 2 front shocks W springs thinking what a great project. The problem was that I could not keep getting up and down from the floor. So I loaded up the four parts and went to your store. Mike quoted me a price of 120.00 per hour because I had already purchased the parts. So when I get called to pick up my truck the bill W alignment is 704.00 apx I didn't even get the boxes back so that I could get the rebate money back from the parts. I come to your store because I'm about three blocks away. I will think about this the next time I want to get some stuff done on my truck

Simple and easy transaction.

The problem was that I had a 9 AM appointment. Unfortunately, my car sat until 10:15 AM before someone touched it. Then when service on my car was complete, Ian ignored me and spoke with every new person who came through the door instead. I'll come back to Big O, but an appointment should mean something and I didn't appreciate this ordeal lasting over two and half hours with no updates or feedback at all until I could get out of there.

Chris and Matt were very helpful and took great care of me and my Emergency. I will defiantly return for more services and Recommend my Friends and Co workers to this location.

Still had problem with my tire wasn't able to offer more solution to my problem

They have taken care of my truck and jeep for over 15 years we won't go anywhere else for this service.

I stopped by pretty early and was told it would take 45 minutes for tire rotation...it took about 3 hours. I would like to see Big O change policy and allow appointments to be made. Their biggest competitor allows that and it sometimes make me wish I had purchased from them instead. The Big Foot is a great tire, which is why I made the purchase, but I just don't have the time to wait around for a tire rotation. Big O could also send invoices from service with the mileage to help customers keep track of when rotation and balancing are needed.

Family business

I walked in @ 8:35 on a Wednesday morning, guy said it may be 2 hours to wait, @ 12:10 I went up and checked how much longer, I was told that I was informed this might happen, that I was next to go in, and I'd be done in an hour, for oil change and alignment. My car was done by 1:10, and the guy said somehow I got stuck after two rental cars, and then he joked if I wanted to buy him lunch. I would've appreciated a bit of an apology and maybe a discount after waiting 5 hours.

Whoever I spoke to tried to tell me I needed parts that I didn't. I went to the mechanic down a little bit from you and everything that was needed was explained and cheaper.

Great crew, well educated and informed, compassionate to problems and understanding. Absolutely thorough, honest, and I’m so thankful for the service provided.

Unfortunately the quality and value at this store has definitely taken a turn for the worst, the rep that assisted me for some reason is always over charging me or quoting the wrong prices this time she told me that the charge for the hydrogen was $20. Per tire and I knew well in advance what it was. The lack of presence by the supervisor Chris really shows. I am actually in the market for a new place to do maintenance on my vehicles the main reasons being: poor customer service, always an ordeal ( can't find my ticket / all tires have different air pressure / tires take hours to deliver and when arrive I have wait my new place in line) Etc

People at the front desk were very friendly and the mechanic explained everything in detail to me, including the costs.

I went in to have my oil changed and my headlight bulb replaced on the drivers side of the car. The next day I noticed the headlight was hanging out of the socket, I took a look under the hood and saw that the top covering was also not put back on properly. I'm not satisfied with that service

Tire Buster back in 2000. Grown a great relationship with Chris and Joe Russo. I'm thankful I'm still able to trust in the both of them.
