Purchase went very smoothly

On the first cold snowy day of this winter season. While other tire dealers said they were to busy. This Big O Location saved my day by helping me out. I drove in with a share/doughnut on one wheel and summer tires on the other three wheels. I drove out with my winter tires mounted and balanced. Great service

Good service as always

I dropped my car off for the day expecting them to do full diagnostics to determine why the "check engine" warning light was on. Instead, I received a call suggesting I replace the gas cap because the warning light code indicated a vapor leak. I agreed and replacing the cap seems to have done the trick. The money I saved on diagnostics allowed me to have some maintenance work done that same day.
