Big O Tires on 44th has always done excellent work on all my vehicles. I highly recommend them!!!

Big O is my go-to store for anything involving tires. I just got a new set of snow tires to replace the old ones, which lasted 4 seasons. I liked the old ones so well, I got identical tires this time.

Tire that needed replaced was no longer available. It could not be repaired either.

I called and spoke with a few associates and each of them were very helpful. I dropped off my car for an oil change. They actually reset my sensor unlike other places I've used. This was the first time I had ever been to Big O Tires in Wheat Ridge. I look forward to working with them in future.

I’ve witnessed each of them interact with many different guests and each time, no matter the scenario, they do their best to accommodate any issues and go above and beyond to deliver great service. If someone doesn’t know the answer, they know someone who does.

Batista was very courteous, friendly and helpful. I asked her how long the oil change would take and she estimated about 45 minutes. Although I didn't really check the time, it is safe to say that I was in and out of there well under 45 minutes! Probably closer to 30 minutes, give or take a little. She gave me a reasonable and realistic time estimate to complete the work. I appreciate her honesty. I also appreciate the quick service.

We blew out a tire during a cross country drive. Lucky the location had just opened up and they had the tire we needed in stock. The team was very friendly, suggested a place we could eat breakfast while we waited and had the car ready when we came back. It was a huge lifesaver with a 1700 mile drive ahead of us.

Everyone that I interacted with was helpful and knowledgeable, and tried to help me to get the best deal for my needs without selling me extra services that did not suit my situation.
