Ian at the front was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a set of tires to help fit my needs/wants. He was super friendly along with the rest of the staff.

Tire that needed replaced was no longer available. It could not be repaired either.

The team is always very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I’ve witnessed each of them interact with many different guests and each time, no matter the scenario, they do their best to accommodate any issues and go above and beyond to deliver great service. If someone doesn’t know the answer, they know someone who does.

Great customer service

We blew out a tire during a cross country drive. Lucky the location had just opened up and they had the tire we needed in stock. The team was very friendly, suggested a place we could eat breakfast while we waited and had the car ready when we came back. It was a huge lifesaver with a 1700 mile drive ahead of us.

Chris always makes sure things are right. I had my battery almost die until I could get it in the shop. They replaced the battery and offered a coolant flush based on the miles. I did it and all is well. Shout out to Chris. Thank You!

Just stopped by to get wiper blades. They were out of stock. They told me they could get them here shortly. I was ok with that as I live very close by. They called in about an hour and went right over. Good guys even put them on without me asking. Guess I know where I'm going from now on!

Easy and efficient with friendly service

Ease of scheduling, friendly staff, clean facility, and work being done at the appointed time. Everything was easy, and I will be sure to share my experience and will return.

I made an appointment for a tire mount and balance, and four wheel alignment. It took longer than anticipated because the stud broke in the wheel. They told me what happened, waited on the part, and finished the work. Overall, they did a great job.
