Scott & the guys are always friendly & go above what they are supposed to do. They always have good specials also!

Brett gives GREAT customer service, every time our tires are rotated and aligned. I am set to purchase another set for my truck in September. Brett takes cares of my girlfriend Debbie's vehicle too. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the service he provides. Big-O is very lucky to have Brett on their team!

I dropped my truck off and the shop gave me a ride to my doctor's appointment. When the appointment was completed they sent someone to pick me up. My truck was done and I was on my way. This shop is the best. I have used them for many years and have always been very pleased with their work.

I had Michelin tires on my pickup that I tow a large fifth wheel with. They weren't wearing as well as I thought they would with only 27,000 miles on them. The technician at Big O, last name Warren, explained Michelin would not do any adjustments until the tread was down to the tread bars. Disappointed in Michelin but but the tech helped me with an adjustment in store on the purchase of a new set of tires. I do repeat dealings with Big O because of their good customer service.

Big O Tire has always treated me with respect and finding the best deals, I will always buy my tires and get my car serviced with Big O Tire always happy with the work and the customer service is outstanding.

If there were more Garys in the service world, life would be so much better. Haven’t been around or seen one of him in quite a few years. Whatever you do, you better keep him as your employee, he makes coming to your store a true pleasure. He is one of the “oldies” but “goodies” and they dont make em like him much anymore. I am continuously blown away by the amazing customer service the Fillmore location provides. I would not buy tire anywhere else. I bought a set of tires two years ago. During that two years I have stopped by for various inconveniences...dome light out...headlight unplugged. They have fixed those little things and not charged me saying that I bought tires, so they are happy to take care of me. I got a nail in the side wall of one of the tires I have been driving for TWO years. They stated that it was under warranty and free to replace. (I really did not expect that.) They then offered to give me trade in credit on one of my other tires so that I would have a matched set for better driving. They gave me $40 on a tire I had been driving for two years! As a woman I am used to generally having to 'be tough' at car service places in order to not feel like I am being taken advantage of. I love Fillmore Big O and will be a lifelong customer.

Been getting my trucks serviced there for many years and they do a good job and they do what they do pretty much the same so there is nothing that happens that is unexpected.

We had a immidiate need and they provided great service with a smile. It is at times like that when you really realize how great it is to have a place you can trust to treat you like family.
