Dave is an excellent manager. He went above and beyond to ensure my repairs were done correctly and at a reasonable price. Will definitely be back.

Going to Big O is like hanging with family. It could be because I know some of them personally. The bigger thing is I can do most of the items myself, but I have come to find that Big O is a place I can trust to get it done. I've been to the dealer and other shops and Big O out performs them. It is too bad that Big O Tire - the name - makes one think they only do tires, but they can do so much more.

I have brrn doing business with this store for over 20 years and I am treated very well.

The shop in Colorado Springs did a great job and had my tire in 20 mins. The shop in woodland park said they could not get my tire till Tuesday leaving my stranded for 4 days.

Easy financing

I needed to get some economicaltires for a friend who was low on cash.Once the tires were put on it was discovered that tire rod ends were bad.There were other issues but the guys at Big O knew the cash situation and recommended fixing only the safety issues and issues that would shorten the life of the tires.

I have been going to Big O Tires, this location for many years. My company has more than a few trucks and we use Big O for new tires and maintenance on the vehicles. We are very satisfied with their work.

I deducted one star because they are not as quick to call as they should be when the work is completed. I have used them for decades, both for my business and personally. They are courteous and the waiting area is very clean with coffee and water. The waiting area is common to the service desks, so I don't feel like I've been hidden away and forgotten. I like Big O brand tires. When I had a Mazda MPV four wheel drive, it came with high-end Dunlap tires which didn't handle well and had disappointing wear. I replaced with equally high-end Goodyear Eagles with no better results. I was going to go with light truck tires, but Big O talked me into trying their brand. Not only did the car now steer and brake better but the mileage I got out of the tires was about double. Needless to say, I have been a Big O tire fan ever since. The road hazard insurance is included in the price and I have had three tires replaced because of sidewall damage on three different occasions--over a lot of years, obviously. On my most recent visit there was a problem with the rear strut mounting bracket. I took it in the next business day and they replace both rear units with better ones that included new mounting brackets. With the large amount of work performed for me over the years, one problem out of hundreds of services is not a bad record. Not from personal experience, but from what others have told me, this Big O treat women very well, not talking down to them like some agencies and showing them respect.

We will keep going back here for our vehicle needs. The staff is very professional and courteous. Additionally the service is quick. Alan explains everything in detail and is very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this location!

One, for all the reasons already specified, but mainly because of a consistency in the quality of the service personnel. During the times I have waited in the waiting room, I can verify that I am not the only customer who receives extensive good service starting with the counter staff. Then the service in the shop has always been consistently good. Good enough that I was once told by a retired business owner that although any Big O shop that the fleet was brought into was good, it was worth traveling to this particular Big O as it gave a more personalized relationship. Finally, I have been glad that I am still appreciated by not being forced to wear those atrocious masks as compared to Costco to where two employees chased me down for daring not wear my mask even though Costco was the first major retail store that the president of the company said that no one would be forced to wear a constraining mask that is a nuisance not only to wear, but makes one look like a bandit.
