I purchased a 2002 Chevy Avalanche Z71 from the original owner, and have owned the truck for approximately 3 years. Truck has had intermittent rotational noises, road noise, and brake problems that started very shortly after I bought it. In an attempt to resolve these problems, I purchased, and Installed Moog front hubs, Power Stop brake calipers, vented rotors, and pads, wagner hydraulic brake lines, and new tires. This resolved some of the problems, but not all. I recently had a catastrophic failure of the rear differential, and had the truck towed to the Palm Harbor, Florida Tire Kingdom. I was contacted within hours, and informed that the rear differential was the source of the problem. I opted to have the complete rear axle assembly replaced, and to have the Power Stop brake components transferred to the replacement axle, as well as new parking brake components installed. Amazingly enough, the total cost I was quoted was less than what I was prepared to pay after doing some quick pricing research online The job was completed in a very timely manner, and the total cost of the job was as quoted. I have had the truck back for about 3 weeks, and I have to say that I do not ever recall this truck driving as well as it is now. The rotational noise, and road noise are completely gone, feels like the truck has been freed up, and the brake system is performing flawlessly. Brett, Stuart, and Mike, absolutely OUTSTANDING job.....I commend you all on a job well done. From this point on, my vehicles will see no other shop than yours. There are two main reasons. One reason is that I had gone to other places before discovering this particular Big O on Fillmore and this has proven to be the best of them all and on a consistent basis. The second reason is this place is not only the best as compared to others, but it is actually good. You see, being the best does not necessarily mean that something is good because other places can be really really bad so being better could still be bad in and of itself. Now, with that being said, if I knew where exactly this was going to, I would mention one thing, but instead of mentioning what could be bad or could be good, I believe I will word it this way......I believe those in the front where the customer meet the intake of an order, therefore those at the front desk, if I am correct, need to be more vigilant and actually see for themselves when a mechanic or service person in the shop says there is a problem. Just taking the word and telling the customer.... All right, I see my total amount of characters are just about used up. So I will just end by adding this..........I miss the coffee in the waiting room. I see it as a downgrade for whatever reason.

Front desk and technicians are always friendly. I use them for Business- EECleaning and personal use. They are knowledgeable and they get the vehicle out the door quickly. I highly recommend 806 E Fillmore 80907 location.
